- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product has not been used in violation of our Terms & Conditions (for example, sharing or reusing activation keys, attempting to bypass activation, or using pirated copies).
- You provide proof of purchase (order number, activation email, or payment receipt).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
- The license key was successfully activated and used for more than 7 days before the refund request.
- The product was obtained through a promotional offer, giveaway, or discounted bundle marked as non-refundable.
- The refund request is submitted after 30 days from the purchase date.
- The license has been transferred, resold, or used on multiple devices beyond its user limit.
- You are requesting a refund due to operating system issues, hardware incompatibility, or conflicts caused by third-party software unrelated to Fluid PC.
- You purchased through an unauthorized reseller or third-party marketplace not listed on our website.

Fluid PC uses Paddle as an authorized reseller and payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment is processed securely by Paddle. 5. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
For annual (1-year) licenses such as the Basic or Pro plans:
- You may cancel your subscription renewal any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Refunds are not available once a renewal charge has been processed, unless the request is made within 5 days of the renewal date and the license has not yet been reactivated.
6. Enterprise Licenses
Enterprise (Lifetime) licenses are typically non-refundable once activated, as they grant permanent access. Refunds for lifetime licenses may only be considered if the activation key was never used and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
7. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice or did not authorize a transaction, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify your account details and issue a correction or refund where applicable. Fraudulent claims or chargebacks may result in license suspension.
